About The Author

Dr. Thompson is a veteran business and community leader, multi-book author, certified Master Business Coach, founder of 2Xalt, Inc. and Shihan of the Ueshiro Cougar Karate Dojo.  He has over 20 years of leadership experience including C-suite roles in high-tech companies, R&D and Product Management roles in large manufacturing companies, consulting, executive coaching, and has even served as youth minister where he led young adults in local community churches.
